Terms of Service

Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use Nodren. Do not create an account for someone under 18. Nodren intends to serve users worldwide, but availability is subject to applicable laws, technical availability and supported services.

During prelaunch, reserving an account does not itself provide Studio access. Selected beta accounts may receive access. Public availability and paid credit purchases are separate rollout decisions; a reservation is not a promise of uninterrupted access or a launch date.

Your account

Provide an email you control, complete required email confirmation, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share access to evade restrictions or misrepresent your identity. Nodren’s current account controls do not include self-service account deletion, complete data export or email/password changes; use the relevant Help contact for requests.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in original prompts, uploads and other content you provide. Nodren does not claim ownership of that original content merely because you use the service. You grant Nodren a non-exclusive permission to process, copy, transmit and store your content only as needed to operate the service, fulfill your requests, maintain reliability/security and meet legal obligations, including through the services described in Privacy.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and consent needed to upload content and generate, use or share an output. This includes permissions relating to real people, likenesses, voices, confidential material and third-party intellectual property. Do not submit material you are not permitted to disclose to the relevant service providers.

AI output and media access

Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, unsafe, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. Nodren does not promise exclusive rights, copyrightability, accuracy or non-infringement of generated content. Applicable laws and third-party rights may limit how an output can be used.

Current durable generated-output URLs are link-accessible: someone with the URL may access the media without signing into your account. Owner-only history access does not make the media private. Private objects and expiring signed delivery are not current features. Removing a reference or an item from local history does not delete the stored job or hosted media.

Third-party services and training

Authentication, hosting, storage, payments and model fulfillment involve third-party services. Availability and processing may depend on those services. Their retention and model-training practices are separate from Nodren’s own rule and are not guaranteed by Nodren.

Nodren does not use customer prompts, uploads or outputs to train models unless the user explicitly opts in. Nodren does not currently offer a model-training opt-in control. Processing content to generate a requested output is different from using it to train a model.

Credits, purchases and acceptable use

The Credits & Refunds policy describes credit reservation, consumption, failed-generation returns and money-refund requests and forms part of these Terms. Purchasing credits is a one-time transaction, not a subscription. Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional/beta credits have no cash value.

The Acceptable Use policy also forms part of these Terms. Do not use Nodren for prohibited activity or bypass its access, accounting or safety controls.

Restrictions, suspension and ending use

Nodren may restrict generation or product access to address prohibited use, fraud, payment disputes, security risks or legal requirements. A generation suspension may block new generations without preventing product entry. This is not a promise of automated moderation, a particular appeal deadline or a self-service termination control.

You may stop using Nodren and request account/data deletion through the privacy contact. Deletion requests are reviewed; financial, security and audit records and service-provider copies may require separate handling or retention. Restrictions do not make promotional credits cash-redeemable or override mandatory refund rights.

Service changes and disclaimers

Nodren is currently in prelaunch/private beta. Features may change or be unavailable, and outages or model-service interruptions can occur. Do not treat Nodren as your only copy of important content. Subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded, the service and AI outputs are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms do not exclude warranties, remedies or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nodren is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or opportunities. Responsibility for direct losses is subject to applicable law, causation and the protections that cannot be waived. No blanket exclusion applies to liability that the law requires Nodren to retain.

No specific monetary liability cap is asserted here. Counsel must review the scope and required exceptions before publication for a public paid launch.

Operator, disputes and governing law

The governing jurisdiction is Florida, United States, subject to mandatory rights and protections applicable to you. No mandatory arbitration clause or exclusive court venue is designated here.
