Credits & Refunds
Credit use, failed-generation returns and requests for refunds of purchased credits.
Purchasing and credit types
Where purchases are enabled, Stripe Checkout handles one-time credit-package purchases. Nodren does not currently offer a subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire. Package prices and credit amounts are shown before checkout; this policy does not invent tax treatment.
Promotional, founding and beta credits have no cash value. They are not cash-redeemable or refundable for money. A promotional credit grant is separate from a paid purchase.
Generation reservations and returns
An eligible generation reserves the quoted credits before fulfillment. Those reserved credits are unavailable while the request is pending. Successful delivery consumes the reservation.
A definitive failed generation with no delivered output returns reserved credits automatically when applicable. This is a return of credits to the Nodren balance, not a refund of money through Stripe. An uncertain or still-pending request may require reconciliation before it can be treated as definitively failed; refreshing or retrying is not proof of failure.
Seven-day unused-purchase refund requests
You may request a refund of an unused purchased-credit purchase within 7 days of purchase. Once credits attributable to that purchase have been used, that purchase is generally non-refundable. Promotional/beta credits are excluded from cash refunds.
Contact billing support with your account email, purchase date, purchase/receipt identifier and a description of the request. Requests are reviewed manually using purchase and usage records, including where paid and promotional balances are combined. There is no self-service refund button or automatic per-purchase usage determination promised.
Duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed separately. This policy does not limit refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that applicable law requires.
Money refunds and restrictions
A money refund is a separate merchant/Stripe operation; a failed-generation credit return is not a money refund. An approved money refund can remove the related purchased credits from the account. Partial money refunds and duplicate/incorrect-charge corrections require individual billing review; an exact amount is not promised before that review.
Refunds or disputes involving already-used purchased value may result in a credit debt or account/payment restriction while the issue is reviewed. Open payment disputes or unpaid credit debt can restrict generation or purchases. These controls do not make promotional credits refundable.
Requesting help
Use the billing/refund contact below for refunds, duplicate charges, incorrect charges or credit-accounting questions. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or sensitive payment credentials. Opening an email does not automatically submit or approve a refund.
